The illness usually starts with a characteristic signs of erythema migrans and sick lesion    (localized infection) then it spread into other body site after few day to weeks with the following manifestations secondary annular skin lesion, meningitis, cranial neuritis, radiculoneuritis, peripheral neuritis, carditis, atrioventricular nodal block, or migratory musculoskeletal pain (disseminated infection). After periods of latent infection, intermittent or chronic arthritis, chronic encephalopathy or polyneuropathy, acrodermatitis may develop (persistent/chronic infection). HICCUPS hiccups Hiccups is an repeated involuntary contraction  of the  diaphragm ( muscle that separates the thoracic cavity from the abdominal cavity )     followed by a sudden closure of vocal cords, which cause characteristic "hic" sound. . The hiccup is an  involuntary action  involving a  reflex arc .  Hiccups is not a medical concern if it last for a few minutes or hours but when lasting longer than 2 days are considered as chronic hiccups and it may require medical intervention. Chronic hiccups may cause some serious medical issues such as dehydration, severe weight loss due to loss of appetite (desire to eat) and exhaustion due to it disrupt sleep. SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROME. Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is a viral respiratory illness caused by virus known as cononavirus,   SARS associated   cononavirus (SARS-CoV) characterized by severe difficult in breathing which sometimes cause death. It is a serious form of viral pneumonia, first identified in Asia in 2003. The World Health Organization has designated SARS a global health threat in February - 2003, an epidemic killed nearly 774 people worldwide before it was successfully contained. No new cases of SARS have been reported since 2004. SYMPTOMS OF SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROME. Initially symptoms of severe acute respiratory syndrome are flu-like. Incubation period of SARS is between four to six days, onset of symptoms is between two to ten days. SARS may complicate into viral pneumonia or secondary bacterial pneumonia, symptoms includes: fever is more than 38.0 degree Celsius associated with chills headache dry, non productive cough

DIARRHEA diarrhea Diarrhea is defined as passage of abnormally liquid (watery) or unformed (loose) stools at an increased frequency. Diarrhea may be classified into two (2) as acute if less than two (2) weeks, persistent if two (2) to four (4) weeks and chronic if more than four (4) weeks in duration. Diarrhea is among of the most common health complaints. Worldwide, more than one billion people suffer one or more episodes of acute diarrhea each year. Most cases of diarrhea are caused by an infection in the gastrointestinal tract.
